DCH Technology Inc. (Valencia, CA) announced it has been granted a US patent for significant improvements to its passive fuel cell technology that increases the power of a portable DCH Enable fuel cell generator by up to 50 percent. The improvement is a passive water-management system that increases both power density and operating stability.
"This patent protects breakthrough engineering targeted at this and other strategic market niches for DCH, such as personal mobility markets," said DCH President and CEO John Donohue.
