Cornell Dubilier Acquires NACC Mallory Division

Cornell Dubilier Electronics Inc. (Liberty, SC) announced that it has acquired the distributor division of North American Capacitor Company’s (NACC) Mallory Products Group from a subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (Malvern, PA). Acquired Mallory part numbers will be maintained by Cornell Dubilier, and customers of the Mallory products will be serviced from a new location in Indianapolis, IN. Tom Green, former vice president of sales for NACC, will be the new general manager of the Cornell Dubilier division selling the Mallory products for Cornell Dubilier.
