Consolidated Power Battery Appoints David Wallace as CEO and President

Consolidated Power Battery Corp. (Stafford, TX) has appointed David G. Wallace as CEO and president, effective February 21, 2000.

Former Chief Officer Leo L. Azure, Jr. has resigned, but will continue to act as a member of the board of directors.
