C&D Technologies Names Stan Wreford VP and CTO

C&D Technologies Inc. (Tucson, AZ), a developer of electrical power storage and conversion products used in telecommunications and industrial applications, announced that Stan Wreford has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the corporation. Wreford joined C&D Technologies in July 2003 as Vice President of Technology and has led the development activities for the power storage businesses. Among Wreford's accomplishments is the development of the msEndur™ 2V valve-regulated, lead-acid battery.
