September 15, 2004 by Jeff Shepard

The California Fuel Cell Partnership (CaFCP, West Sacramento, CA) reported that it will be at the League of California Cities Conference at the Long Beach Convention Center on September 17, 2004, to educate officials about hydrogen-powered cars and their potential benefit to city fleets. While the zero-emission vehicles currently are only available for fleet use, not commercial, CaFCP is inviting the public to take a "test drive."

Public ride and drives will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in front of the Convention Center on Pine Avenue. The cars will be on display at the Convention Center Promenade from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
