Battery Technologies Inc. (BTI, Toronto, Canada) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Battery Technologies Scandinavia Inc. (BTS) announced the formal signing of an exclusive distribution agreement with H. Landman Technologies Agent BV (the Netherlands) for Dema products. The distribution agreement is mutually exclusive; Landman will become the exclusive distributor of BTS products for the Netherlands, and will market BTS battery products exclusively in return.
BTI President and CEO J. Bruce Pope said, "We are very excited to have the Landman Group as a key part of our expanding network in Europe.
