American Superconductor Corp. (AMSC, Westborough, MA) is offering a new power conversion system developers kit for systems ranging from 60 kW to 225 kW. The PowerModule™ PM1000 Developers Kit (PDK) can eliminate or reduce the time normally devoted to building a power conversion system. System integrators, OEMs, VARs, and end-users can improve their product development cycles by using the PDK to reduce the cycle time associated with developing a power conversion system.
The PDK provides a platform for designers to quickly develop both the hardware and software elements of power conversion systems for a wide array of applications, including ac-dc, dc-dc, and dc-ac.
