Agile Systems Inc. (Waterloo, Ontario, Canada) announced the appointment of Ralph Steedman as President and CEO of the company. Steedman was most recently president of the drug discovery business unit of Thermo Electron Corp., and prior to that, president and CEO of CRS Robotics Ltd., a publicly traded company involved in advanced automation systems.
