Yangjie Electronic Releases YJ-05 WOM Bridge Rectifiers

Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Co. Ltd. (China) released its YJ-05 WOM bridge rectifiers that withstand peak inverse voltages up to 1 kV and require a forward voltage of only 1.1 V. The devices have an average rectified current of 1 A and a rated voltage of 35 V to 700 V. Made with UL 94V-0-rated plastic, the bridge rectifiers withstand operating temperatures from -55 °C to +150 °C.
