Wuxi Xuyang Electronic Co Ltd. (China) debuted its new XUYANG-1N60P point-contact, germanium diodes, which feature a peak reverse voltage of 45 V, are suitable for television image detection, and AM and FM radio detection.
The devices have a reverse voltage of 20 V, a peak forward current of 150 mA, a surge forward current capability of up to 0.5 A, and a junction temperature of 75 °C. Featuring a rectification efficiency of 55 percent, the devices have an average rectified output current of 50 mA, a forward current of 4 mA, a reverse current of 50 µA, and a junction capacitance of 1pF.
