Winday Electronic Debuts MSM Series Capacitors

Winday Electronic Ind. Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new MSM Series of film capacitors, which feature a metallized polyester film dielectric and epoxy resin coating suitable for coupling, decoupling, filtering, blocking, bypass and timing circuits. Typical applications for the components include use in telecom equipment, industrial instruments, data processing equipment and automatic-control systems.

The MSM capacitors operate over -40 to +85 degrees C, and feature an insulation resistance >15 gigaohms if the capacitance is at least 0.33µF, or at least 5 kiloohms if the capacitance is >0.33µF.

The components are offered in capacitance values from 1nF to 0.47µF with ±5 percent, ±10 percent or ±20 percent tolerance. They are available in sizes ranging from 9mm x 7.5mm x 4mm to 10mm x 10mm x 9mm.
