Torex Introduces 150mA Small High-Speed Dual LDO Regulator with ON/OFF Switch

Torex Semiconductor Ltd. has developed a 150mA small high-speed dual LDO regulator with ON/OFF switch. With a maximum output current of 150mA, the XC6420 Series of high-speed dual LDO regulators achieve high precision (±2%) and high ripple rejection (75dB at 1KHz). Two low-ON resistance LDOs are encapsulated in an ultra-compact, low-profile (0.4mm) package to enable high-density mounting and help save circuit design space.

Output voltage can be selected from within a range of 1.2 to 3.6V in steps of 0.05V with a precision of ±2%. The output of each regulator is turned off with the EN pin and put in the standby state. The regulators are independent, thereby minimizing cross talk between the regulators when the output load changes.

The ultra-compact USPN-6 package (1.3 x 1.3 x h0.4mm) and SOT-26 package are available for selection as appropriate for the application. This is also an environment-friendly product that complies with the RoHS Directive of the EU and is Pb-free.
