TDI Introduces Mil-Grade, 3-Phase Power System

TDI Power announced a new three-phase, three wire power system. Providing dc output power at up to 16.2kW, this unit is well suited for shipboard and industrial applications where no neutral connection is available, eliminating the need for an expensive, heavy external step down transformer.
An extremely rugged design allows for operation in harsh environments and utilizes forced air cooling via long life, ball bearing fans. The unit endures extreme operating conditions while providing outstanding thermal management and unsurpassed reliability. Meeting many military style EMC requirements, this system is compatible with Mil-COTS qualified Mercury rectifiers.
