TALEXXconverter ECO, the High-End of the New Tridonic LED Power Platform

Tridonic GmbH & Co KG has announced the ECO series of TALEXX converters, a new addition to its LED converter platform. The ECO converter series is the flagship of the new converter platform, offering stepless dimming, a high degree of flexibility and sophisticated functionality. Designed for use in spotlights and downlights, the devices are targeted for use in shops, offices, hotels and restaurants.

As a result of combined amplitude and pulse width modulation all the devices in the ECO series can be infinitely dimmed from 100 percent to 1 percent. In-built and surface mount versions are available with different outputs of 10/20 W, 35 W and 55 W. The operating current range varies according to the wattage between 150 mA and 400 mA, or between 900 mA and 1750 mA. It is also possible to set different operating currents. Interfaces and functions such as DALI, DSI, switchDIM and corridorFUNCTION ensure a high degree of flexibility.

Comfort functions such as luminous flux compensation and temperature monitoring of the connected LED module and fully adjustable module parameters ensure optimum operation of the luminaire at all times. And the devices are ready for emergency lighting mode.
