Tai Ohm Presents RH Series Chip Resistors

May 09, 2004 by Jeff Shepard

Tai Ohm Electronics Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) presented its RH Series of thick-film, high-voltage chip resistors, which come in resistances of 82 kiloohms to 22 megohms, with a tolerance of ±1 percent, ±2 percent or ±5 percent.

Available in 3216 (1206) and 5025 (2120) case sizes, the devices have a power rating of 1/4 W (RH12) and 1/2 W (RH20), a working voltage of 400 V (maximum) for the RH12 and 1.5 kV (maximum) for the RH20, and an overload voltage of 800 V (maximum) for the RH12 and 3 kV (maximum) for the RH20. The devices operate within the -55 °C to +125 °C temperature range, and have a TCR of ±200 ppm/°C.
