SynQor Intros PowerQor Series of DC/DC Converters

SynQor LLC (Hudson, MA) introduced PowerQor, a series of dc/dc converters delivering 89 percent efficiency with an output of 30A at 3.3Vdc, with a height of 0.4. No heat sink is needed to deliver full power at up to 55 degrees C. The product line includes output voltages of 15, 12, 5, 3.3, 2.5, 2.0, and 1.5Vdc units.
All models operate from a 48Vdc nominal input (36 to 75Vdc) and deliver either 150W or 30A of output power, which ever is less. The isolated converters weigh only 54g, are pin-compatible with industry-standard half-brick converters, and feature an MTBF of greater than 2 million hours.
Cost is $121 in OEM quantities.
