SL Power Electronics Introduces New 600W Power Supply
SL Power Electronics announced the newest addition to its series of internal, Condor-branded power supplies. The GEM600 is a single-output switch-mode family that is said to offer customers flexibility in design and performance. This new line of internal power supplies delivers a peak power of 650W with a 10% duty cycle and is available in four standard output models ranging from 24 to 48V.

Condor GEM600 power supplies feature a universal input that accepts any voltage in the range of 90-264Vac, enabling them to be used in equipment shipped worldwide. Active power factor correction minimizes input harmonic current distortion and ensures compliance with the EN61000-3-2 international safety standard. The GEM600 series employs the latest high frequency switch-mode technology to maximize conversion efficiency.
The Condor GEM600 family measures 11.81 x 5.00 x 2.79", and is DEMKO-EN60950-1, IEC60950-1, UL/CSA 60950-1 and 60601-1 certified. In addition, an active PFC, OVP, power fail and low inhibit are all standard features.
The GEM600 series is EMI/RFI-compliant and has efficiency ratings of greater than 80% with MTBF of 208,000 hours. It can be modified to meet unique power or connectivity requirements. SL Power Electronics also can design a custom solution to meet specific OEM requirements and private label marking needs.
The Condor GEM600 is priced at $170.00 for OEM production quantities.
