Sinyork Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) introduced its new 1N4148SS switching diodes, which measure 1.3mm x 0.8mm and are suitable for use in cellular phones and other communication products. The SOD-523 device has a minimum voltage of 75V and a current rating of 100mA. The company claims that their product is priced up to 30 percent lower than similar diodes from Japanese companies.
