Rightway Releases AE1117 Series Voltage Regulators

Shenzhen Rightway Ind. and Trading Co. Ltd. (China) released its AE1117 Series of voltage regulators, which have a low dropout voltage of 1.2 V at 0.8 A. The devices can provide voltages ranging from 1.25 V to 13.8 V, depending on two external resistors. The chips are also available in three fixed voltages of 2.85 V, 3.3 V or 5 V.

Featuring current limiting and thermal shutdown functions, the products include a zener-trimmed band gap reference to ensure output-voltage accuracy to within ±1%. The AE1117 Series is available in SOT-223, TO-220, and TO-252 D-PAK packages.
