Queen Mao Electronic Releases RV Series Resistors

Queen Mao Electronic Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) released its latest series of high-voltage resistors that are suitable for surge applications. The RV Series features a 5% stability class and are available in resistances ranging from 100 kΩ to 33 MΩ ±1%, ±2% or &<plusmn;5%.

Rated at 500 V (1 W/4 W) to 1 kV (1 W/2 W), the devices have a TCR of ±200 ppm/°C. The resistors operate within the -55 °C to +155 °C temperature range.
