Qizheng Design Offers HVI Series DC/DC Converters

Qizheng Design Technologies Co. Ltd. (Beijing, China) offered its HVI Series of dc/dc voltage converters, which are claimed to have a wide input-voltage range and the ability to deliver up to 500V output with ±2 percent tolerance, making the device suitable for use in industrial computer systems, railway telecom equipment, and medical and military applications.

The device has an 11.43mm profile and is encased in a metal shell with natural convection cooling. It can operate over a temperature range of -25 to +60 degrees C or -55 to +85 degrees C with a temperature coefficient of ±0.2 percent. The new converter can withstand up to 1.5kVdc, and operates at full load efficiency between 60 and 70 percent. Short-circuit protection is also provided.
