Power-One Adds the RPM5ERERKYH to its High Power Series Module

Power-One (Camarillo, CA) has added the RPM5ERERKYH to its High Power Series. The RPM5ERERKYH is designed to power semiconductor test equipment and other high current, 1V applications. It provides an adjustable output from 1.0V to 1.8V at 640A; requires no minimum load for operation and incorporates extensive transient protection. The device also features current share control to parallel multiple power supplies, remote sense, local inhibit, adjustable OVP and an output good signal.
Power-One's High Power Series is a flexible, modular system with over 95 standard output modules and 18 chassis rated from 500W to 4,000W. Chassis options include power factor correction and three-phase inputs.
