Polytron Devices Inc. (Paterson, NJ) introduced its new 60W dc/dc converters that offer input-voltage ranges of 9V to 36V, 16V to 72V and 36V to 72V, each delivering a 12V output. Other input and output ranges are also available.
The converters come in a sealed, heavy-duty, aluminum package measuring 6in x 3in x 1.7in. Specifications include an efficiency of 80 percent typical, a reflected ripple current of 75mA, voltage accuracy of ±2 percent maximum, and a line regulation of ±0.5 percent maximum.
