Phihong (Fremont, CA) announced a new 4W flip-plug, compact wall plug adapter, the PSM04A, which is designed to save space during storage or travel. The PSM04A has no-load power consumption less than 0.5 W and high efficiency. The adapter is suitable for cell phones, PDAs and personal entertainment devices.
The flip plug design streamlines the package, enabling the end-user to pack it in travel bags or purses for easy carrying. The adapter weighs 5.12 oz and measures 2.73 in x 1.89 in x 0.98 in. The PSM04A adapter provides a dc output voltage of 5 V, and has received cUL/UL safety approvals.
