Pan Jit Presents New PJCC1V5 Clamping Diode

Pan Jit International Inc. (Taiwan) introduced the new PJCC1V5 clamping diode, which provides ESD protection for logic levels below 3.3V, limiting voltage to 1.7V at 100µA and 2.1V at 1mA, making the device suitable for 1.2V and 1.5V logic. In addition, the diode is capable of withstanding 50W for 0.16ms, and meets IEC61000-4-2, Level 4, ESD standards.
