OnLine Power Supply Introduces New PFC Front-End Module Power Supply

OnLine Power Supply Inc. (Englewood, CO) has introduced the new Power-Factor Corrected Front-End Module. The new power supply units are claimed to be over 97 percent efficient and include both the EMI filter and hold-up capacitors internally. They measure 2.9" x 1.6" x 5.7" and weigh less than two pounds.

Additionally, they function at full power in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees to 85 degrees C, making them suitable for placement in outdoor equipment. The units offer universal input so they can be used anywhere in the world.
