Nanjing No. 11 Radio Factory (China) announced its LGCF3216 multilayer chip inductor, which features a minimum Q factor of 20 and a closed magnetic circuit, making it suitable for use in HF applications that require a high Q factor. Applications include mobile phones, pagers, household appliances and PCs.
Adopting a monolithic configuration, the product has no cross coupling due to a low magnetic shield. It is highly-resistant to soldering heat, allowing wave or reflow soldering. The LGCF3216 is offered with inductance values ranging between 0.39µH to 100µH, while its dc resistance range is from 0.15 ohms to 3.8 ohms.
