NJR Unveils New NJM2346 Battery Charger IC

New Japan Radio Co. Ltd. (NJR, Japan) has started sample shipments of its new NJM2346 battery charger IC that features a current consumption of 250µA. With an operating voltage of 2.2V to 13V, the product is offered in the DMP8 and TVSP8 package; the TVSP8 has a mounting space of 2.9mm x 4mm. The IC is available for $0.42.
