MagneTek Presents PDI300 CompactPCI Power Supply

MagneTek Inc. (Chatsworth, CA) announced its new PDI300 CompactPCI power supply, which operates from a 19Vdc to 30Vdc input and converts it into four dc outputs totaling up to 312W for powering different systems functions in industrial and telecom applications.
The 6U device exhibits an efficiency of 74 percent and has a calculated mean time between failure of 250,000h. The power supply is screened for operation over the -5 to +55 degrees C temperature range. Also featured are over-current, over-temperature and over-voltage protection functions, as well as a LED indicator to signal power failure.
