Low Capacitance TVS Diode Array

Torex Semiconductor Ltd. has launched the XBP14E5UFN as a new series of transient voltage suppressors (TVS). The XBP14E5UFN series of transient voltage suppressors are mounted in close proximity to an external interface to protect downstream ICs from electrostatic discharge.

The XBP14E5UFN has a terminal capacitance of 0.8pF (Line-to-GND) and provides ESD protection of 8kV contact (IEC61000-4-2). It is packaged in a 10-pin DFN2510-10A that measures 2.55 x 1.05 x 0.55 mm and is delivered in lots of 5,000 on tape and reel.

Supporting high-speed signal lines with a low pin capacitance, the XBP14E5UFN is designed for protection of USB 3.0, HDMI, and other lines. These environmentally friendly products comply with the EU RoHS Directive and are lead-free.
