Guangdong Foshan Kestar Electronic Co. Ltd. (China) introduced its new MYL53-821 lightning-proof varistor with a maximum allowable voltage of 510Vac/670Vdc, which is designed for use in industrial power supplies and transient-voltage suppressor modules. The 53mm(ø) device features a clamping voltage of 1.355kV and exhibits a typical capacitance of 3.7nF (1kHz).
