Innoveta Offers Veta iHA48/iHD48 Power Modules

Innoveta Technologies (Plano, TX) announced its new Veta iHA48 and iHD48 Series of 60A, 198W output, half-brick power modules, which are suitable for applications in thermal environments. The Veta iHA platform offers full protection and standard half-brick features, including a case pin, full-featured capability, and active current sharing and synchronization for applications requiring N+1 or parallel operation.

The Veta features 90 percent efficiency; 36Vin to 75Vin; a wide output-voltage trim range, with the 3.3V module being adjustable from 1.8V to 3.6V; 132W of output power with no heatsink at 200 LFM; 65 degrees C ambient temperature; and is capable of a total 60A output current at 1.5V to 3.3V.
