Honhui Electronic Releases CKBM307681K12 Capacitors

Honhui Electronic Components Fty (China) released its CKBM307681K12 disc ceramic capacitors, available with capacitances ranging from 0.1 nF to 0.1 µF, which are rated at 50 Vdc, 100 Vdc, 500 Vdc, 1 kVdc, 2 kVdc or 3 kVdc. The devices offer a dissipation factor of 2.5% (Y5E, Y5P, Z5U and X7R) or 5% (Z5V and Y5V); insulation resistance of 10 gigaohms; and an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C (X7R), -25 °C to +85 °C (Y5E, Y5P and Y5V) or 10 °C to 85 °C (Z5U and Z5V).
