Hitano Ent. Corp. (Taiwan) released its ELV, ENV and EHV surface-mount, V-chip capacitors, which feature an operating life of 2,000 h at 85 °C and are suitable for high-density mounting. The ELV Series offers capacitances ranging from 0.1 µF to 1 mF, and is rated at 4 Vdc to 100 Vdc.
Rated at 6.3 Vdc to 50 Vdc, the ENV Series offers capacitances ranging from 0.1 µF to 47 µF. The EHV Series is rated at 6.3 Vdc to 100 Vdc and offers capacitances ranging from 0.1 µF to 1 mF. The capacitors operate within the -40 °C to +85 °C temperature range, or -40 °C to +85 °C (EHV Series) and have a capacitance tolerance of ±20%.
