Jaro Components Inc. announced the introduction of a super 'heat-resistant', reflow-solderable, (RoHS compliant) capacitor that is designed to withstand extremely high temperatures during the lead-free solder process.

The parts are designed for sixty seconds of reflow solderability at 200 ° C, while a peak temperature of 260 ° C is observed (based on size). The ACHM series offers ultra-low impedence characerstics and long life at 105 ° C.

The ACHM-R series is designed for companies that manufacture high-reliability, long-life medical equipment, power supplies, automotive electronic components and peripheral equipment.
