Gude Electronic Intros New DF Series Rectifiers

Jinan Gude Electronic Device Co. Ltd. (China) introduced the DF Series of rectifiers, which handle a maximum forward rectified current of 1A, a peak forward surge current of 30A, and are specified for operation over the -55°C to +125°C temperature range.

Designed for use in telecommunications equipment and household appliances, the rectifiers are available with a maximum peak reverse voltage of 1kV (DF10G, DF10S) and 50V (DF005G, DF005S) and can handle a maximum input rms voltage of 700V (DF10G, DF10S) and 50V (DF005G, DF005S).
