Goodwork Semi Intros SR10200 Series Rectifiers

Goodwork Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) announced the new SR10200 Series of high-voltage schottky barrier rectifiers, which offer a maximum peak reverse voltage of 200V, a reverse voltage of 100V, and are designed for use in switching power supplies, power adaptors and TFT-LCDs.
The devices also exhibit a maximum forward rectified current of 10A, a dc reverse current of 0.1mA, and handle a peak forward surge current of 120A. The rectifiers have a maximum (rms) voltage of 140V and are screened for operation over the -55°C to +150°C temperature range.
