FDK Intros GM001 Micro DC/DC Voltage Converters

FDK Corp. (Japan) introduced the GM001 micro dc/dc voltage converters that measure 3.4mm x 3mm x 1.8mm and weigh 0.06g, making them suitable for use in portable devices such as 3G cellular phones, digital cameras and PDAs. The devices accept an input of 3Vdc to 5Vdc and deliver an output between 1.25Vdc to 4.8Vdc at 96 percent efficiency.
