Fairchild Introduces FS6M07652RTC Power Switch

Fairchild Semiconductor International (San Jose, CA) introduced the FS6M07652RTC power switch, a highly integrated off-line power switch for LCD monitor fly-back power supply and ac/dc adapter applications.

The FS6M07652RTC provides internal protection, including over-voltage, overload, thermal shutdown and over-current protection. Additional features include integrated fixed oscillator, under-voltage lockout, optimized blanking and a gate turn-on/turn-off driver, and temperature compensated precision current sources for loop-compensation and fault-protection circuitry. The internal current sensing high-voltage SenseFET offers a 650V minimum breakdown rating. Additionally, the FS6M07652RTC power switch comes in a space saving TO-220F-5L package.
