July 24, 2003 by Jeff Shepard

EMCO High Voltage Corp. (Sutter Creek, CA) introduced its new ultra-thin SIP100 dc/dc converter device, which is housed in a 4mm, miniature, single in-line package. The new SIP100 offers high performance while maintaining low costs for high volume applications.

With an input range of 4V to 6.7V, the regulated, analog-programmable, dc/dc converter provides 30V to 100V at 10mA with high stability and very low ripple (<10mVp-p). Requiring a footprint of only 36.8mm x 4.06mm, the SIP100 features an enable/disable function, is priced at $98 in single-piece quantities, and is available from stock.
