Elna Lelon Electronics Corp. (Taiwan) announced its new P-size Series of tantalum chip capacitors, designed for use in LCDs and CPUs. The capacitors measure 2mm x 1.25mm x 1.2mm and are rated for operation from 4V to 16V.
The chip capacitors have a minimum leakage current of 0.5mA and operate from -55 to +125 degrees C. They are offered in capacitance values from 3.3µF to 330µF, with a ±20-percent tolerance.
