Changjiang Electronics Debuts CJU03N25 FET

Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co. Ltd. (China) debuted the new CJU03N25 power field-effect transistor (FET), which dissipates a total power of 1W (25°C) and is screened for operation over the -55°C to +150°C temperature range. Designed for bridge circuit applications, the device has a maximum collector current of 200mA and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 50V. It is available in a TO-251 package and is capable of withstanding a soldering temperature of 260°C.
