Central Semiconductor Releases CMHSH5-2L and CMHSH5-4 Schottky Rectifiers

Central Semiconductor Corp. (Hauppauge, NY) announced the release of two new 0.5A surface-mount Schottky rectifiers in the SOD-123 package. The CMHSH5-2L (20V, low VF) and CMHSH5-4 (40V) were designed to meet requirements for smaller, higher current-handling discrete semiconductors.
The CMHSH5-2L low VF device has a forward-voltage drop of 0.385V maximum at 500mA. In addition, these SOD-123 devices fit directly onto existing SOD-80 mounting pads.
