Central Semiconductor Corp. (Hauppauge, NY) announced the release of the CMXD2004TO SUPERmini 900V switching diode, which consists of three individual opposing polarity 300V diodes in the six-lead SOT-26 package. Through the use of an alternative mounting pad geometry, the three individual diodes are configured in series as a single 900V device suitable for high-voltage switching applications. The CMXD2004TO can also be configured in other various combinations offering designers even further flexibility.
The 2004 family of devices are also currently available in single-, dual- and triple-diode configurations in SOT-23, SOT-143, SOT-26, SOT-323, SOD-323 and SOD-523 packages. The devices are available in bulk pack or 3,000 pieces on 7in tape-and-reel. Pricing for the CMXD2004TO starts at $0.26 each for 3,000 pieces on a 7in reel.
