Central Semi Offers CMLSH-4/CMLSH-4DO Diodes

December 17, 2003 by Jeff Shepard

Central Semiconductor Corp. (Hauppauge, NY) announced its CMLSH-4 and CMLSH-4DO PICOmini™ surface-mount Schottky diodes, which are rated at 40V (maximum) peak repetitive reverse voltage with a peak repetitive reverse current of 350mA (maximum) and a low forward voltage drop of 0.42V (maximum) per device. Both devices exhibit a fast trr of 5nS (maximum).

The CMLSH-4 and CMLSH-4DO diodes are suitable for portable hand-held electronic devices requiring superior performance and reliability in a small package. The PICOmini™ diodes in the SOT-563 package boast the same small signal specifications as the larger SOT-363 or SOT-26 devices, but require less circuit board space.

The devices also have a nominal profile of 0.58mm and are SUBONE™ certified, which feature a profile of less than 1.0mm. The devices are available in bulk packaging, or in 3,000-piece quantities on 7in tape-and-reel. Pricing starts at $0.16 each for 3,000-piece quantities on a 7in reel. Sample devices are available upon request directly from the company.
