Binder-USA Offers M12 Connectors That Accept Smaller Cable

Binder-USA announced an expansion of cable outlet sizes for the existing Series 713, M12 Connectors. The connectors will now include cable outlets ranging from 2.5 to 8mm in size. Smaller wire sizes will expand the options available for automation applications and industrial networks.

The new cable outlet 2.5-3.5 is said to have excellent strain relief and an IP67 environmental protection rating. Both straight and right-angled field attachable connectors are available. A metal locking system with screw termination provides IP67 protection when properly mated. An initial 4 contact version is offered.
