API Technologies Offers Specialty Power Supply for Defense, Aerospace & Automotive Applications
API Technologies Corp., a provider of highly engineered systems, sub-systems and secure communications to the global defense and aerospace industries, announced the release of the API Powerficient™ 95 Power Supply (PS9501). The compact power supply delivers 2.5kW of power with efficiency greater than 95%, an average of 15% higher than comparable products.

The API Powerficient 95’s dc-dc voltage-boosting capabilities deliver an impressive 270V output from 28V input. The product is available off-the-shelf (COTS, GOTS) or can be customized based on individual customer requirements.
Specifically, the API Powerficient 95 Power Supply offers: an input voltage of 22V (min) – 32V (max); output voltage of 270V; output power: of 2.5kW; temperature range of -40 to 70°C (operational); and efficiency of 95% (average).
