22V, 13.1mOhm, 4A Integrated Power Switch
Silego has added the SLG59H1009V, a high-performance, self-powered 13.1mΩ NMOS power switch designed for all 4.5- to 22-V power rails up to 4A. Using a proprietary MOSFET design, the SLG59H1009V achieves a stable 13.1mΩ RDSON across a wide input/supply voltage range and over temperature. Using Silego's proprietary CuFET™ technology, the SLG59H1009V package also exhibits a low thermal resistance for high-current operation.
Designed to operate over a -40 to +85 degrees range, the SLG59H1009V is available in a low thermal resistance, RoHS-compliant, 1.6 x 3.0 mm STQFN package. Applications are expected to include: power-rail switching, multifunction printers, large-format copiers, telecommunications equipment, high-performance computing (including 5V, 9V, 12V, and 20V point-of-load power distribution), and motor drives.
