200- to 1500-Vdc Input 40W DC-DC Converters

Mornsun has developed new PV15/PV40-29BxxA10 series of 40W dc-dc converters in A10 package featuring 200- to 1500-Vdc input voltage, high efficiency, high reliability and high isolation. There are two models in this new series; the PV40-29B15 which delivers 15-Vdc at 2670mA (other available output voltages include 5-Vdc, 12-Vdc and 24-Vdc) and the PV40-29B24 which delivers 24-Vdc at 1670mA (other available output voltages include 12-Vdc and 15-Vdc).

Offered in a 129 x 102 x 49 mm DIN-rail configuration, these dc-dc converters are specified for an industrial grade operating temperature range of -40 to +70 degrees C. They are designed for use in PV combiner, PV inverter, wind energy converter, and high-voltage switching applications.

Features of the PV15/PV40-29BxxA10 include: 4000Vac isolation voltage; High efficiency, Low ripple & noise; Input under-voltage protection, reverse input voltage protection, Output short circuit, over-current, and over-voltage protection; and UL 1741/CSA-C22.2 No.107.1, EN62109 approvals.
