1kW Programmable DC Power Supplies from TDK

TDK announces the availability of the new, five-year warranty, GENESYS+™ 1U programmable power supply series that can deliver power ratings up to 5200W.

The new, five year warranty, GENESYS+™ 1U programmable power supply series is available in 1kW, 1.7kW, 2.7kW, 3.4kW and 5kW 19” rack models and can deliver power ratings up to 5200W, with the highest power density and lightest weight (<5kg for the 1.7kW, <7.5kg for the 5kW) available in a 1U rack size.

It offers voltages of up to 600V and output current up to 500A with constant voltage, constant current and constant power operation. Control of voltage and current slew rate, arbitrary waveform generation and storage, internal resistance simulation and display brightness control are all standard features.

Multiple remote programming methods are available including LAN, USB, RS232/RS485 and isolated analogue interfaces built in as standard.
Interface options include IEEE488, Modbus-TCP, EtherCAT and more. 

A unique, easy auto configuring master / slave paralleling system enables scalable power systems up to 30kW to be configured.

1kW and 1.7kW models accept single phase input 85-265Vac.

2.7kW and 3.4kW models can be specified with single phase 170-265Vac input or three-phase 170-265Vac, 342-460Vac or 342-528Vac input.

5kW models  can be ordered to accept three-phase 170-265Vac, 342-460Vac or 342-528Vac input.
